Thaipusam Eve 2008 @ Batu Caves

Went to Batu Caves yesterday to shoot some photos of the events there on the eve of Thaipusam. Dreaded going to the place on the actual day (today) because of the huge crowd. It is very difficult to shoot under such condition although the kavadis would be bigger and more colourful. The atmosphere should also be more carnival.

Managed to shoot a couple hundred frames. Created an album and uploaded to my Gallery today.

The Longest Banana Stalk In The World?

Was rather taken aback when I first saw this banana stalk. It kept on growing long after the fruits has been consumed by the birds.
